Allegheny, Washington County Legislators Urge Governor to Sign Bill to Address Access to Public Records during Disaster Emergency

Tom Wolf’s statements that he plans to veto a government transparency bill (House Bill 2463) that addresses access to public records during a disaster declaration and received unanimous support from the Legislature. Brooks Approves Stabilizing Budget Bill that Fully Funds Education for Next 12 Months

HARRISBURG – The House of Representatives today passed a stabilizing, temporary budget bill that will fund the majority of the state for the next five months with the exception of education, which will be funded for the next 12 months.
